Formerly a trusted real estate agent, Christina knows firsthand what agents need to succeed, and she’s now the behind-the-scenes force making sure everything runs smoothly so they can do just that.

With over 35 years in tech (yep, back when 5.25” floppy disks were cutting-edge and the only cloud was in the sky), Tricia and RealEZtech bring a rare blend of deep technical expertise, real-world practicality, and contagious positivity to everything she touches.
She started as a software engineer, working across the full tech lifecycle before discovering her real passion: helping people understand and embrace technology without fear. From troubleshooting crashes in Africa to training teams in South America, Tricia has always been hands-on, making tech approachable, useful, and even a little fun.
Her philosophy is simple: lead with empathy, ditch the jargon, and keep your sense of humor. As a two-time cancer survivor, Tricia knows life’s too short to be intimidated by technology (or anything else). That perspective shines through in her coaching, grounded, supportive, and refreshingly human.
A proud Trinity College Dublin grad and a standout in the Compass ecosystem, Tricia has spent the past several years coaching real estate agents to be more confident, efficient, and strategic through her signature blend of tech know-how and no-nonsense guidance. Her superpower? Spotting inefficiencies fast, building smart systems, and giving agents tools they’ll actually use.
